Project Description:
The feature-documentary film titled "The Clouded Mountains of Shusha," produced during the "Year of Shusha" in English by "Sonmaz Mashall" Cultural Relations Public Union, with financial backing from the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in collaboration with Public Television, was presented at an international conference held in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
The conference, titled "Poland and the Turkic World," was organized jointly by the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw, the embassies of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Kazakhstan in Poland, along with the International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation.
Project Objective
The main objective of this project is to provide conference participants, including Poles and representatives from their respective countries, with a comprehensive understanding of the history of the city of Shusha. It aims to underscore that this city has been under Armenian occupation for the past 30 years and to fully inform them about the valor demonstrated by the Azerbaijani armed forces under the leadership of the Supreme Commander in their efforts to liberate the city from occupation.
